Read what Amy, a student at Cambridge, has to say about her interview:
"No one part of the application process is the most important. If you do happen to mess up at the interview, maybe you're having a bad day, you've got all of the other parts of your application to show your best side. It's also incredibly normal to feel like you've messed up - I've not met a single person that says they felt they did well, so don't worry! They're not looking for perfection, they're looking for somebody they'd like to see learn."
She also says that a way to calm down before an interview is to do meditation:
"I've found meditation incredibly useful. There are plenty of free apps that you can use, or just have a quick look on YouTube for some guided meditations. I personally use Calm, it's helped me to learn how to focus on my breathing and stay calm under pressure."
